Making Strength And Optimal Movement A Priority

My passion as a personal trainer is to help you become physically and mentally strong from the inside out. Training sessions include a combination of flexibility, strength, core stability, and cardiovascular training which are tailored to fit your specific goals and needs. I strongly emphasize and teach the use of proper body mechanics so you will learn to move effectively to help mitigate pain, speed up recovery from injury, help prevent future injuries, and significantly improve functional and athletic performance.

    Are there health behavior changes that you’ve wanted to make but either haven’t known how or haven’t been successful in the past? Has a new health concern arisen that you want to pay particular attention to?

    I’m here to help you bridge the gap between what is happening right now and what you want next.  We will work together to explore your personal health goals, name them clearly and set up a success-oriented plan for achieving those goals.  Because change can be challenging even when motivation is high, I will work with you to help you connect to your TRUE motivation for change and provide a framework of support over time to assist you in establishing new, healthier habits.

    Health Coaching Sessions – In-Person or Remote

    • Individual Session $50
    • Initial 3 Month Package: $350
      • 1 – 45 minute Intro/coaching session
      • 6 – 30 minute coaching sessions ( 2 per month )
      • Ongoing text/email support
    • Monthly Coaching: $99
      • Available to clients after initial 3 month package
      • 2 – 30 minute coaching sessions per month
      • Ongoing text/email support
